Joe Dietz with the Ipava State Bank and Rick Klinedinst with
MidAmerica National Bank each donated $1000 to the City,
for renovations to the new Visitors Center. Farmers State
Bank & Havana National Bank each donated $250.00.

The Visitors Center is located at  218 S. Main Street in Lewistown,
and will be open to the public soon! Mayor King hopes to have the
building open in time for the Spoon River Drive in October, for vendors
to set up. It will not be open as a Visitors Center until Spring 2011.

To find out where to donate, please call Alicia Campbell at City Hall at
309-547-4306.
