Municipal Water

Description
Water in Lewistown is provided by the municipality.

Billing and Payments
Bills are mailed on or before the 10th of each month.
Monthly payments are due on the 25th of each month.
A penalty of ten percent will be added to all bills not paid by due date.

Making Your Payment
All payments must be made at one of the following locations:

Farmers State Bank
105 W. Lincoln

MidAmerica National Bank
120 E. Washington

Ipava State Bank
1203 S. Main

ALL PAST DUE PAYMENTS must be paid at Lewistown City Hall between 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Water Shut-Offs and Reconnections
Any account past due will be eligible for disconnection ten days past the original due date.

Accounts will be reconnected upon full payment plus a reconnect fee of $50.00 USD.

To make a past due payment prior to or after disconnection, must be made at City Hall.
